Team Training Manual
For the most part, this manual serves as a transcript of the Team Training CDs. However, there are comments on the CD that are not written in the manual. While the CDs and manual are meant to be used together, either can be used separately as an excellent source for training new employees, or for cross-training existing employees.
What I recommend, is that one person be in charge of the manual, following along with the CD while everyone in the office listens to the CD.
The lessons are designed to take 45-60 minutes each and there are 8 sessions. This gives you ample time to listen to the CD, perform the exercises, discuss how you are going to implement your strategy and change your policies, all within the one hour time window.
